Rock Frozen’s idea is to create an annual, new kind of festival culture and bring the spirit of the John Smith Rock Festival, familiar and successful from previous summers, indoors, in the middle of the darkest winter.
The event, which takes place in the pre- Christmas season, relies on quality in terms of both bands and other offerings, and thus certainly does not leave any of its visitors warm…

You can buy the tickets by clicking the “BUY” -button on the right or clicking the product’s ”Add to cart” -button on the John Smith Event Store page. The tickets are paid straight when buying them using an online bank. After the payment, the tickets are sent to you via
email as a PDF-file. The tickets in the PDF-file can be separated if necessary (when buying multiple tickets at once).
You can show the tickets straight from your smartphone, or you can print them out. The name on the ticket doesn’t matter.

You can buy tickets (not product) with Smartum exercise and cultural Pay, ePassi, or Eazybreak cultural benefit at the John smith Event Store. After filling out your information, choose which payment method you would like to use. Other payment methods cannot be used at the same time, so there has to be enough balance on the benefit card.
In addition, lippu.fi accepts many different kinds of benefits. All ticket sales locations can be found here: lippu.fi
A personal assistant can come to the festival with the assisted person without a separate ticket. To get in with the same ticket, both the assistant and the assisted person must be at the wristband changing at the same time.
John Smith Rock Frozen 2020 was cancelled due to the spread of the coronavirus. The event will be held for the first time on 3-4th of December 2021. The tickets bought for the John Smith Frozen 2020 are valid for the John Smith Frozen 2021 as they are, so no action needed with them.
Returning tickets for refund was possible until the 30th of November 2020.
